Description
General Summary of Job Duties
Friendly to guest and assisting food servers as needed with beverages.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for cleaning and setting tables with silverware set up.
- Responsible for removing dishes, glassware and silverware from tables.
- Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
- Continuously taking dishes back to the dish room, clean and stock soiled dishes, glassware, silverware and napkins.
- Properly fill ice machine, sanitation buckets, cleaning of side stations, sweeping and mopping.
- Must work well with others, be able to stand, bend, lift and walk the duration of the shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
General Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Be Amazing Service Standards.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
- Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
- Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
- Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements
- At least (6) months of previous bus person experience preferred.
