People Ops Process Transformation Lead (AI & Automation)

Dow Jones & Co. is hiring a Manager of People Process Transformation to architect and optimize HR workflows. You will document processes, design AI-powered, self-service, compliant operations across the global People group, and drive efficiency through standardized Future State designs. You will work 3 days a week in our Midtown office, partnering with People COEs and the Dow Jones People Technology team to map processes, define ownership, and monitor health metrics, ensuring scalable operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dow Jones & Co.
