Lead Clinical Counselor & Team Leader (Mon-Fri, PTO)

Orion Homes in Phoenix, AZ seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to join the Leadership Team under the Clinical Director. You will perform clinical and administrative duties supporting residential and therapeutic services for adults with Dual Diagnoses SMI and TBI.
You will supervise treatment plan delivery, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and mentor staff while collaborating with House Managers, HR, and executives to grow the program.
