Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient clinic team in Wichita Falls, TX. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, hands-on care to a diverse patient population. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver prescribed physical therapy treatments under a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
• Provide hands-on therapy (exercises, manual techniques, modalities)
• Monitor patient progress and report to the Physical Therapist
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Texas PTA license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
