This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-performing sales team, shape go-to-market strategy and play a key role in driving joint success within the Microsoft ecosystem. What you’ll do • Own the overall growth strategy and business performance for the US East & West geographies, driving regional sales performance, revenue expansion, white-space development market growth planning and penetration, and strategic account development across the US SME&C GEO portfolio. • Build and maintain executive relationships across Microsoft geographic leadership, solution sales, customer success, and partner organizations to accelerate co-sell opportunities and strengthen Avanade's market position. • Champion Avanade's Frontier Firm strategy by driving adoption of AI, Data, Security, Modern Workplace, Business Applications, and Cloud solutions within the territory. • Lead annual and quarterly territory planning processes, identifying strategic accounts, whitespace opportunities, industry priorities, market investments, and growth plays required to achieve and exceed territory objectives. • Drive rigorous pipeline inspection, forecast accuracy, deal progression, qualification discipline, and opportunity management to deliver predictable business outcomes. • Lead through influence across industry, solution area, marketing, delivery, Microsoft, and Accenture stakeholders to execute integrated go-to-market strategies. • Represent Avanade within the local market through customer engagements, industry events, Microsoft activities, and executive-level relationship building.
