Location: Bartlesville, OK

Schedule:  

• Full-Time, Monday through Friday
• Primary Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• One position available: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Position Summary

The Customer Experience Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers and consumers through our national phone queue. This position is responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, documenting interactions, creating Salesforce cases, and assisting with online review responses. Successful candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Responsibilities

• Answers inbound customer and consumer phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide timely and accurate support for product questions, order inquiries, service concerns, and general customer requests.
• Creates customer and consumer cases within Salesforce.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews in a professional and brand-appropriate manner.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Follow established customer service procedures, workflows, and service standards.
• Assist with special projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and welcoming team culture.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly desired to help support our growing customer base and enhance the customer experience.
• Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Experience responding to customer reviews or social media inquiries.
• Experience in a high-volume phone environment.
• Experience supporting retail customers or consumers.

Compensation

• Hourly pay range of $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
