Licensed Practical Nurse | Long Term Care | Mount Olive, North Carolina, United States
Travel - Temporary Assignment with Healthforce Healthcare LLC. This position starts on 08/24/2026 and runs for 4 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $544 per week to $568 per week. There are no guaranteed hours. Shift is 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in a corrections setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a corrections setting, following established care plans.
- Assess patient status, monitor vital signs, document observations, and update care plans as needed.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, including basic wound care and routine procedures per policy.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compliant, and person-centered care.
- Monitor for changes in condition, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and support their safety, dignity, and independence.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina (or current eligibility for NC licensure)
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- Ability to work in a corrections environment and follow facility policies
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to work the listed shift: 07:00–19:30
