Contract | Days | 36 Hours per Week | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) population
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois or compact equivalent
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Prior experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for a MICU or mixed critical care patient population
• Familiarity with critical care monitoring equipment and hemodynamic management
