What You'll Do

The CPO will build and mature an enterprise-wide privacy framework that spans policy development, regulatory monitoring, cross-functional governance committees, and Privacy by Design integration. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and advancing the enterprise privacy, data protection, and governance program across Legal, Compliance, IT, Information Security, Digital, and business teams.
• Ensuring compliance with global privacy, cybersecurity, data protection, and emerging AI regulations, including translating new requirements into engineering-ready controls within committed timeframes.
• Conducting privacy risk assessments, data protection impact assessments, AI/data impact reviews, compliance audits, and remediation plans.
• Overseeing data lifecycle management — mapping, retention, transfer, and deletion practices — as well as records retention governance.
• Co-chairing cross-functional governance committees and driving enterprise accountability for responsible data practices.
• Establishing and managing privacy, data protection, AI, and records retention reviews for vendors, partners, and other third parties, including ongoing compliance monitoring and vendor risk assessments.
• Supporting privacy-related incident response and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Serving as the privacy and data-protection lead within the enterprise AI governance program, advising on AI risk, model governance, and responsible innovation at scale.
