Responsibilities Oversee daily center operations Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals Work with parents to define children’s learning needs Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of current students Engage with children and families within the center Ensure parents understand their child’s progress Oversee coaches/tutors to meet team needs Maintain a fun and safe learning environment for students Uphold corporate standards for cleanliness & operations Adapt quickly to center dynamics Report weekly to the executive team on progress Qualifications Proven work history with children 7+ and enthusiasm for kids Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership Familiarity with technology, Microsoft Office, social media, and office equipment Flexible, fun, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment Deadline‑ and detail‑oriented – never miss dates or overlook customers Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Compensation $34,000.00 – $51,000.00 per year About Us Code Ninjas® is the world’s largest and fastest‑growing kids coding franchise with hundreds of locations in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
