Driven by Technology.The Global Liquidity Product Team in GPS is responsible for managing over $600B of corporate and commercial deposits across ~40 different currencies. The team covers deposit strategy, deposit pricing, deposit appetite, product development and product management - including sweeps, zero balance accounts, physical cash concentration and multi-currency notional pooling. The team also supports large/complex liquidity deals, drives liquidity thought leadership, analyzes the impact of monetary policy on wholesale banking and leads the GPS response to regulatory changes/inquiries.The North America Liquidity Product Management team is responsible for delivering innovative liquidity solutions that help clients optimize cash positioning, improve operational efficiency, and manage working capital across complex domestic and international structures.This role serves as the Product Manager for North America Cash Concentration capabilities while helping shape the strategic direction of the broader Global Liquidity Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing the management of a mature and highly scaled product portfolio with the development of future capabilities that support evolving client needs, industry trends, regulatory expectations, and enterprise strategic priorities.The role requires a leader who can think strategically, execute operationally, and influence across a highly matrixed organization. The individual will work closely with Sales, Treasury, Risk, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and global Product partners to drive product performance, platform modernization, and client-centric innovation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Cash Concentration, Global Sweep Solutions, and related liquidity productsIdentify market opportunities, client needs, and industry trends that inform future product investmentsPartner with executive leadership to establish long-term strategy for the Global Liquidity PlatformServe as a thought leader on cash concentration solutionsStrong experience managing products through the product lifecycle, including risk managementMaintain product governance, product documentation, procedures, client agreements, and product management standardsLead development of new liquidity capabilities including digital, real-time, and platform modernization initiativesPartner with Technology and Operations teams to define business requirements and prioritize development activitiesManage the product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization and implementationMaintain ownership of product risk governance activities, including audits, regulatory reviews, risk assessments, controls, and remediation effortsProficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to support analytical and presentation needs.Required Skills:Demonstrated product management experience with responsibility for strategy, commercialization, governance, and product lifecycle managementStrong knowledge of cash concentration, liquidity management, and deposit productsExperience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, and ComplianceExcellent executive communication and presentation skillsProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across a matrixed organizationStrong analytical and strategic thinking capabilitiesExperience developing business requirements and managing technology initiativesStrong understanding of risk management and control environmentsBachelor's Degree RequiredDesired Skills:Experience with global liquidity structures includingExperience leading large-scale product modernization or transformation initiativesKnowledge of real-time treasury and 24x7 liquidity solutions.Familiarity with liquidity forecasting, treasury funding considerations, and balance sheet impactsExperience supporting regulatory, audit, and risk management activitiesExperience building product roadmaps and investment prioritization frameworksSkills:Leadership DevelopmentProduct Design and DevelopmentProduct ManagementProject ManagementStrategy Planning and DevelopmentInnovative ThinkingPerformance ManagementProcess ManagementRelationship BuildingAgile PracticesBusiness AcumenBusiness DevelopmentOral CommunicationsProcess EffectivenessShift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40Pay Transparency detailsUS - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100)Pay and benefits informationPay range$129,500.00 - $232,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
