Rebuildit is hiring motivated, coachable, and competitive individuals for a full-time in-home sales role in the North Bay Area. This is a high-income opportunity with confirmed appointments, uncapped commissions, full training, and a real path to leadership. This role is a strong fit for people who like working toward goals, improving through coaching, and being rewarded for performance. Backgrounds in athletics, military service, customer-facing sales, or other team-oriented environments often translate well, but sales experience is not required for the right candidate. You will meet with homeowners, inspect projects, build custom solutions, present financing options, and close deals during the appointment. Top performers consistently earn $150K–$250K+ annually. Compensation Commission-based (1099) 5%–15% per sale Monthly performance bonuses No cap on earnings What we’re looking for Strong communication skills Competitive, coachable mindset Comfortable in a performance-based role Reliable transportation Sales experience is helpful, but not required.
