Nurse Supervisor: Lead Rehab Care & Team Excellence

Nurse Supervisor We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing care, implement procedures, and provide compassionate, tailored care in rehabilitation settings. This role supports seamless operations, fosters teamwork, and ensures high‑quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serve as the crucial liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services provided during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Monitor and manage staff, including on‑the‑spot feedback, annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline. Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the way. Qualifications Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification to be obtained within one year of starting the position. Certified Registered Respiratory Nurse (CRRN) certification to be obtained within one year of meeting the eligibility requirements. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years). Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, with responsibility for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and accountability for patient and staff results.
