Predictable Home Time Drivers operate on a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Organized dispatch planning helps create a reliable work routine while supporting consistent home time and dependable regional miles. The scheduling structure is designed to remain predictable from one dispatch cycle to the next. Equipment Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV/microwave mounts. Trucks are maintained through regular preventive maintenance scheduling to help reduce downtime and improve reliability on the road. Pay & Benefits Drivers average $1,350-$1,500 weekly based on miles and experience. Additional detention compensation is available during qualifying delays. Weekly pay is processed consistently, and drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan after 6 months with the company.
