Customer Support Data Entry Specialist Our Customer Support Data Entry Specialist performs duties required to meet customer service goals, and supports overall company quality policy “The Customer is King”. Responsibilities Receives inbound email orders and accurately enter them into the ERP system Communicates with customers to clarify order details as needed Identifies and report any discrepancies or issues with orders Coordinates with sales, customer service and pricing teams to resolve order issues General knowledge of the product line and pricing schedules Maintains organized records of all orders and related documents Performs all other responsibilities as may be assigned by management Qualifications Education: High School Diplomaor equivalent Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite, Advanced MS Excel; prior experience with ERP systems within transaction processing, reporting and inquiries Organization Skills: Effective time management skills and the ability to organize and direct the quality of the work of teams amidthe demands of multiple projects.
