Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients requiring advanced interventions
• Perform and assist with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience
• At least 18 months of ICU specialty experience within the past 3 years
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with CRRT
• Navy blue scrubs required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity academic or level I trauma center environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in complex patient populations
