Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Barre, VT. This position focuses on providing care that prioritizes the needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and evaluate the clinical status of residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Assist in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for residents.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and infection control protocols.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong assessment and clinical skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality resident-centered care.
