We're hiring an experienced Rad Tech to join a busy orthopedic specialty practice in Des Moines!This is a great opportunity to build your orthopedic imaging experience while working alongside a collaborative medical team and receiving on-site training.What You'll DoPerform diagnostic X-rays and imaging of various areas of the body, including shoulders, knees, hips, and other orthopedic injuriesWork closely with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff to obtain high-quality diagnostic imagesSupport physicians in the evaluation and treatment of sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, and acute injuriesProvide compassionate, professional care while ensuring patients feel comfortable throughout the imaging processFollow established radiation safety and imaging protocolsCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced specialty settingParticipate in ongoing training and development provided on siteSchedule8-hour shiftsRegular schedule falls between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PMUrgent Clinic coverage may be scheduled 10:00 AM–6:00 PMMay work approximately one Saturday every 4–6 weeksSaturday Urgent Clinic: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM$100 bonus for working a Saturday$50 additional compensation if placed on Saturday call from 8:00 AM–12:00 PMWhat We're Looking ForARRT certification/license eligible to practice in IowaAt least 6 months of Radiology Technician experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to obtaining quality diagnostic imagesExcellent patient-care and communication skillsAbility to work effectively alongside physicians and clinical staffOrthopedic, sports medicine, urgent care, or outpatient imaging experience is a plusWhy Consider This Opportunity?Competitive pay: $28–$36/hrConsistent day-shift scheduleOn-site training providedWork directly alongside experienced orthopedic physiciansOpportunity to gain valuable experience in orthopedic and sports-injury imagingPatient-focused specialty environmentJoin a growing orthopedic healthcare team serving patients throughout the Des Moines areaIf you're a Radiology Technician who enjoys patient interaction, teamwork, and orthopedic imaging, this could be an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career!Interested? xhyhwjd Apply today or reach out to learn more!
