Company Description

Even Platforms is building a fully automated 5-axis machining center to serve Aerospace & Defense customers. We’re not a traditional machine shop. Our facilities center on 5-axis CNC milling with pallet loaders and robot-on-rails for material handling, backed by a software stack that automates back-office operations. Every part we produce goes through a CMM to guarantee quality. We’re building our first full shop from the ground up.

Role Description

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join us at the ground floor. Your core responsibility is setup and operation of our 5-axis milling equipment, pallet loaders, and CMMs. We’re a startup, and the best people here will grow fast, learn fast, and take on new responsibilities. Core responsibilities and qualifications

• Hands on experience setting up and operating 5-axis machines configured with pallet loaders
• Proficient working with CMM and other precision measuring equipment
• Load and unload parts on pallet systems and work with robot-on-rails material handling
• Monitor tooling condition and make offsets and adjustments to maintain part quality
• Comfortable reading complex blueprints and GD&T

Additional responsibilities and growth opportunities

• Follow and contribute to setup sheets, SOPs, and work instructions
• Work with programmers to quote inbound parts
• Collaborate with programmers to improve toolpaths, feeds, speeds, and cycle times
• Identify automation opportunities
• Help onboard and mentor junior machinists as the team scales
