Carmel, IN - Seeking Advanced Provider Join our team as an Advanced Provider, where we are focused on outpacing aging through a physician-guided, personalized approach to wellness. We are looking for like-minded team members focused on building a work environment that focuses on collaboration and exceptional client/patient care experience. Work with our team to create curated treatment plans for patients that encompass both conventional and non-conventional medical modalities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and treatment plans for clients. Develop personalized weight loss plans, including dietary recommendations, exercise regimen, and behavior modification strategies, including prescribing and administering weight loss medications and injections. Required Experience and Competencies Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required. BLS, DEA, and National Certification required. Experience in the following is a plus but site is willing to train: aesthetics including Botox, microneedling, fillers, and laser treatment modalities.
