Tyler prides itself on providing innovative solutions to its customers' HVAC repair and installation needs.Responsibilities:Install and service residential HVAC systemsWork with equipment including water heaters, PV water heaters, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and dryer ventsPerform HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair work to high-quality standardsInspect completed installations for safety, cleanliness, and performanceCommunicate with homeowners to explain work and address HVAC concernsUse hand tools, power tools, generators, and related equipment safelyUnderstand basic residential mechanical piping and ductworkJob Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent5+ years HVAC experience preferredValid driver's license with clean driving recordOSHA 10-hour certification preferredJourneyman HVAC license preferredStrong technical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsThe starting base range for this position is $45 to $55 an hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
