Tampa Bay Collective is growing our Tampa team and looking for personable, confident individuals to join us as Customer Relations Representatives. This is a face-to-face position working directly with members of the public at retail and event locations throughout the Tampa area. You'll represent client campaigns, build positive interactions, and make sure each person you speak with receives a professional and engaging experience. What You’ll Be Doing Engage with customers and members of the public face-to-face Build positive relationships through genuine conversation Introduce client campaigns and provide relevant information Answer questions clearly and professionally Represent our clients and their campaigns to a high standard Work alongside your team to achieve daily goals What You’ll Get Weekly base pay + additional performance-based earnings Full training provided Ongoing coaching and support Full-time schedule Hands-on experience in communication and customer engagement A social, team-focused work environment Opportunities to progress and take on greater responsibility What We’re Looking For You don't need one particular background to succeed here.
