The Senior Learning Experience Designer owns end-to-end client-facing design for complex programs. Success in this role requires fluency in AI tools and strong project management.About this type of roleDesigners shape how products look and feel. Designers create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals. They test ideas with users and iterate on feedback. Design work spans research, interaction design, and visual design. Collaboration with product and engineering happens daily. Design decisions are judged by outcomes such as usability, conversion, and customer satisfaction. Most design teams keep a living design system to keep products consistent.### Key facts**Location:** U.S. Remote**Engagement:** Full-time**Compensation:** $75000 to $80000**Team:** Instructional design and client success**Years:** 5+**Degree:** Bachelor's degree required**Visa:** U.S. authorization required### What you'll doDesign practical, outcome-driven learning experiences for technical and professional learners, defining clear outcomes that move learners toward workplace application and behavior change.Develop structured learning pathways across proficiency levels, including AI literacy, role-based application, technical skills, workflow redesign, and advanced concepts.Project manage resources including SMEs, instructional designers, assessment specialists, instructors, vendors, and freelancers to meet program timelines.Develop instructor enablement materials, such as facilitator guides and run-of-show documents, to support consistent and confident live delivery.Collaborate with instructors and client teams to tailor programs for enterprise, startup, government, technical, and cross-functional audiences.Contribute to a scalable library of activities, assessments, facilitator resources, and AI-enabled learning patterns.### Requirements5+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field, with significant instructor-led training content creation.Demonstrated ability to design high-quality learning experiences for enterprise, professional, and technical audiences.Strong experience creating practical, outcome-driven learning materials, including slides, facilitator guides, labs, assessments, and simulations.Experience managing clients, stakeholders, SMEs, instructors, vendors, or cross-functional partners through a content development process.Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, including Bloom's Taxonomy, ADDIE, experiential learning, and adult learning principles.Ability to design for both technical and non-technical audiences, including business leaders and technical practitioners.Hands-on fluency with current AI tools and the ability to use them to design, prototype, evaluate, and improve learning experiences.Demonstrated experience designing learning related to AI, emerging technology, data, digital transformation, or workplace technology adoption.Strong working knowledge of AI concepts, including generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, machine learning, and ethical AI use.Experience designing practical, hands-on learning activities using AI tools, labs, case studies, and simulations.Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into structured, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.Familiarity with LMS platforms, content management systems, and authoring tools.Willingness to join meetings across time zones, particularly in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities, tools, and client needs evolve quickly.Passionate about helping diverse learners build practical, future-facing skills for the changing world of work.### Practical notesU.S. authorization is required for this role.This role is not purely AI curriculum focused; it delivers scalable, high-quality programs across GA offerings.Confirm details on the official apply page.Typical interview stepsDesign interviews usually include a portfolio review, a design exercise, and a team conversation.
