Location: WFH US OH Cincinnati
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in UIPath to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of leveraging automation tools to enhance business processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through automation.
- Utilize UIPath to design, develop, and implement automated workflows.
- Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
- Support the testing process by developing test cases and coordinating UAT with end users.
- Provide training and support to end users on new systems and processes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and automation.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in UIPath and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementation.
- Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
- Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or UIPath.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in UIPath development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements.
