Customer Support Representative Location: Cincinnati, OH Job Type: Full Time As a CSR, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth strategy, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and delivering value that makes a measurable difference. Job Summary As a Customer Support Representative you’ll be the key point of contact for customers. You'll answer any questions, queries and concerns all while being the face of the company! Your role ensures that all customers feel informed, supported, and excited while learning about our Client.
