Progressive Care Unit Nurse

ChristianaCare seeks a compassionate Progressive Care Unit Nurse to deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to medically complex patients. The PCU Nurse will monitor patients on cardiac/telemetry, manage titratable IV drips, administer medications, and respond rapidly to changes in condition. Responsibilities include collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, coordinating transitions of care, educating patients and families, and documenting accurately in the EHR. You will support quality, safety, and infection-prevention initiatives while precepting and mentoring peers.
