PCU RN - Float PoolThis is a 13-week contract position.Night shift, 12 hours, 3 days per week.We are seeking an experienced PCU RN for our Float Pool. This position requires floating to all PCU/IMCU floors with a focus on a cardiac patient population. The nurse will manage a patient ratio of 1:3-4, covering various conditions including STEMI, NSTEMI, and chest pain. Responsibilities include administering cardiac drips such as Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors. The position may also involve telemetry monitoring in lower acuity settings.Provide high-quality patient care to cardiac patients in PCU/IMCU settings.Administer medications and monitor patient responses.Utilize cardiac drips and other critical care protocols effectively.Float to various units as needed, ensuring continuity of care.Document all relevant patient information in the EPIC EMR system.Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a similar-sized facility.Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.Must possess a valid RN license.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
