Assistant Manager

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily operations, ensuring friendly, personalized service, prompt delivery and a clean environment. What You Will Be Doing As an integral member of the Operations Team, this position supports the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including: Overseeing daily restaurant operations. Maintaining day-to-day financial controls. Creating and managing staff schedules. Interviewing, hiring, training and orienting team members. Overseeing coaching, counseling and staff development. Ensuring proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management. Meeting health and safety inspection standards. Setting a fun, family environment tone. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Assistant Manager experience (high-volume food service concepts preferred). Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas). Valid driver’s license in good standing and private transportation. High school diploma or equivalent, with all required documents in compliance with state and federal law. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented and customer service focused.
