About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales with a focus on healthcare IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the healthcare industry, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare operations, inventory management challenges, and clinical and materials systems in healthcare. The Head of Sales will also be expected to have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in technical sales involving multiple stakeholders and systems integrations. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. The role demands excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, stay updated on industry trends, and be prepared to travel for client meetings and industry events. A background in healthcare IT sales, particularly with a focus on automated inventory management solutions, is highly desirable.
