Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Job Description

Stewards of Recovery, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians to support youth in a structured substance abuse treatment environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and supporting long-term recovery.

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will provide direct care, supervision, and support to clients while helping maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and supervision to clients in a group home setting
Perform frequent safety checks and rounds
Support daily routines and structured programming
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Maintain a clean and organized facility
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Uphold client confidentiality and professional boundaries
Promote a positive and recovery-focused environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Strong ethics, boundaries, and professionalism
Commitment to a clean and sober lifestyle
Ability to pass an Enhanced Background Check (company-paid)
CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required (provided by employer)
Ability to work overnight shifts
