Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 1+ years (No new graduates) License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: IRF, Med-Surg Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Rehabilitation unit. The position requires experience in inpatient rehabilitation and medical-surgical nursing. The nurse will work with a diverse patient population including adults with conditions such as strokes, brain injuries, amputations, multi-trauma, hip fractures, spinal cord injuries, debility, and cardiac issues. The RN will be part of a transdisciplinary team model, working collaboratively to assist patients in their recovery. Experience with Cerner is essential. Patient-to-nurse ratios will be maintained at 6:1 for RNs. The hospital has 14-28 beds available in the unit. Candidates must be adaptable and team-oriented.
