Responsibilities

• Manage Full Recruitment Cycles from beginning to end.
• Serve as a Strategic Client Partner , grasping their specific hiring needs and organizational culture.
• Utilize Innovative Sourcing Techniques through our state-of-the-art CRM/ATS and your personal connections.
• Maximize Our Platform to optimally handle candidates, orchestrate outreach, and remain organized.
• Focus on Long-Term Placements that benefit clients while providing robust commissions for yourself.
