Opportunity
Hospitalist Physician Assistant position with flexible full-time and part-time scheduling options, offering a high level of autonomy within a collaborative, team-oriented hospital medicine program.
Details
- Full‑time and part‑time opportunities with a 7‑on / 7‑off scheduling model.
- Day shift: 7:00am – 5:00pm (average 12 patients per shift).
- Swing shift: 4:00pm – 2:00am (average 7–8 admissions per shift).
- High autonomy within a supportive team structure.
- No direct ICU coverage (physician support available for medical management when needed).
- Active participation in codes and rapid response events when applicable.
- Daily team huddles and monthly meetings focused on collaboration and patient experience.
- Utilizes EPIC and internal informatics platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of acute care hospitalist experience preferred.
- Board certification as a Physician Assistant required.
- Strong culture of teamwork, professional development, and community involvement.
Compensation
- $120,000+ depending on shift, plus incentives.
- Commencement bonus and relocation support.
