Together, we work side by side toward a shared goal: delivering person-centered care that respects every resident and the choices they make.Whether in our vibrant communities, our welcoming small house neighborhoods, Home Health, Hospice or Home Office, we provide the highest level of compassionate, quality care.Join our team of Partners who are talented, kind, wise, funny, spirited, generous, endearing, and truly one-of-a-kind.Job Types: Part-time Night Shift (6p-6a) every other weekend & PRNResponsibilitiesAssisting residents in preventative, therapeutic, and restorative nursing procedures; adhering to safety and infection control policies and procedures.Assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, dressing, ambulating and transferring residents.Completing all required documentation; reporting defective equipment or other potential safety hazards.Working with residents, families, members of the health care team and other employees in a pleasant, respectful and cooperative manner.Attending all in-service programs as required by facility and state/federal guidelines.Respecting and maintaining resident's dignity, privacy and confidentiality according to Residents Bill of Rights.Performing other duties as assigned, such as, soiled linen disposal.Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma/GED is preferred.Satisfactory completion of an approved nurse aide training program, testing and certified as required by the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must have passed the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
