Job Full Description

We are seeking experience 1st shift warehouse picker to join our production team in Franklin, MA.

Schedule: (M-F) 7am - 3:30pm

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Read pick tickets, locate products, and retrieve exact quantities and types of inventory.
Equipment Operation: Safely drive and operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or order pickers.
Packing & Staging: Build pallets, shrink-wrap items, and transport orders to the loading dock.
Inventory Accuracy: Scan barcodes using RF devices or voice-picking technology and report any stock discrepancies.
Safety & Maintenance: Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Key Requirements

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50lbs throughout a daytime shift.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in verifying SKU numbers and product quality to minimize shipping errors.
Experience: Previous warehouse experience or equipment certification is typically
