Member Services Associate Location: Baltimore City (Hybrid -- 3 days in office / 2 remote) Compensation: $47,000 -- $52,000 base + $1500 quarterly bonuses + great benefits Must be local to Baltimore City, not considering relocation or international candidates Substantial room for growth. 70% of the companies staff started in this role before being promoted to other departments - promotion track is 8-12 months. Overview A fast-growing, finance-focused organization is seeking a Member Services Associate to join its team in a hybrid capacity.
