At the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center (UM BWMC), we're looking for a full-time (0.9 FTE) Emergency Medicine Physician who wants to practice in a high-acuity, physician-led environment where collaboration is second nature and careers are built for the long term.

Over the past year, our Emergency Department transitioned to a hospital-employed modelbut one thing never changed: our culture. • Full-time schedule of 172 shifts annually (approximately 14 shifts per month) with 88.5 patient-facing hours per shift

Compensation

Compensation is comprised of a guaranteed base salary plus a significant productivity and departmental performance distribution, resulting in a competitive total compensation package.
