About the Role

Analog Devices is seeking a proactive, results-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and support the company's continued growth. In this role, you will enhance operational performance by designing and implementing analytics-driven solutions that address evolving business challenges. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Analytics & Performance Optimization

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical models and dashboards.
• Provide data-driven insights that support scenario analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
• Define, measure, and report on supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive operational and strategic outcomes.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve decision-making and enhance end-to-end supply chain performance.

Operational Efficiency

• Apply advanced analytical and systems-thinking techniques to improve key business processes, including:
  • Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • Supply Planning
  • Manufacturing Scheduling
  • Forecasting
  • Inventory Optimization
  • Capacity & Materials Planning

Project Management & Collaboration

• Partner with senior cross-functional leaders to deliver analytics projects that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and process improvements.
• Lead projects independently while providing technical guidance and consultation to team members and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
• Professional experience in the job offered or a closely related supply chain/operations analytics role.

Technical Skills & Other Requirements

• Experience with Supply Chain Modeling and Planning Systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, Kinaxis).
• Proficiency in SQL .
• Experience working with MES/ERP systems , such as SAP.
• Proficiency in dashboard development and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Competency with data analysis and statistical tools , including Python or R .

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $79,108 to $108,795.

• Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
• This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
• This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time , and other benefits.
