As a C4I Requirements Management Engineer, you'll help transform operational needs into well-defined engineering products that support the successful delivery of complex System of Systems (SoS) capabilities for U.S. and international partners.In this role, you'll work closely with government engineers, technical leads, and systems architects to develop, organize, and maintain the engineering products that drive system design and acquisition. You'll apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and requirements management tools to capture, decompose, trace, and manage technical requirements throughout the systems engineering lifecycle. The world can't wait.You Have:3+ years of experience in systems engineering including requirements development and managementExperience using Cameo Systems Modeler, IBM DOORS, DOORS Next, or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and requirements management toolsExperiencedeveloping and maintaining engineering products, including Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM), System Requirements Documents (SRD), Systems Design Documents (SDD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), or technical documentationExperience decomposing operational or system requirements into functional and technical requirements for complex System of Systems (SoS) environmentsExperience supporting systems engineering lifecycle activities, including Systems Engineering and Technical Review (SETR) eventsExperience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I)or complex defense systemsKnowledge of requirements management, systems architecture, requirements traceability, and configuration management principlesAbility to analyze technical requirements and develop high-quality engineering documentation with strict attention to detailSecret clearanceBachelor's degree in an Engineering fieldNice If You Have:Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or international security cooperation programsExperience supporting Navy acquisition programs, including PMW, NAVWAR, PEO C4I, or related organizationsExperience using SysML or other MBSE methodologies to support systems engineering activitiesExperience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering, software, integration, and test teamsExperience supporting System of Systems architecture development or C4I capability integrationKnowledge of Operational Requirements Documents (ORDs), Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), Capability Development Documents (CDD), or other operational planning artifactsTop Secret clearanceMaster's degree in an Engineering fieldClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
