Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. This is a commission eligible role. About This Job Axos is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator, in this role you will be responsible for originating high quality residential mortgages across the United States. Compensation & Earning Potential Base pay is one part of our total compensation for Mortgage Loan Originators. The base pay for this role is $17.75/hour (determined by minimum wage state and county requirements); in addition to an uncapped commission plan. Why Axos? Responsibilities Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine preliminary home loan eligibility and recommends mortgage products that are within the customer's budget Consult with customers about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals while providing the best possible customer service Stay informed of available loan types and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers' needs.
