What You'll Do:

• Assist with inpatient hematology and oncology patient management
• Support hematology inpatient services, including benign and malignant conditions
• Participate in patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including APPs and physicians
• Contribute to the build-out of the hospital's bone marrow transplant program
• Perform necessary procedures related to hematology cases as needed
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety procedures

What You Need:

• Current Minnesota State Physician Assistant license
• Proven experience in inpatient hematology and oncology
• Strong knowledge of benign and malignant hematology
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced hospital environment
