Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced Emergency Department. Deliver critical and non-critical care to patients with varying medical, trauma, and mental health needs while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients upon arrival to determine urgency and prioritize care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient responses, vital signs, and clinical progress.
• Educate patients and families about care plans, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current, unencumbered Oregon RN license.
• Maintain Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• Possess ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications; CEN preferred.
• Demonstrate experience in emergency or critical care settings.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
