Senior Project Manager

Job Overview Ledcor Technical Services is rapidly expanding and is seeking a Senior Project Manager with leadership experience and technical expertise to oversee and deliver complex, high‑impact telecom infrastructure projects. As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, and in alignment with the industry's highest quality and safety standards. You will lead cross‑functional teams, optimize operational performance, and contribute to a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Essential Responsibilities Champion and uphold Ledcor’s safety‑first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites. Lead the planning and execution of large‑scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds. Manage risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle. Lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities. Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry‑standard tools and methodologies. Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Negotiate contract execution and change‑order management. Help establish and manage project systems for cost tracking, reporting, and documentation. Qualifications 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (diploma or technical training accepted). Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards such as NESC, NEC, and local codes. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus.
