The Yeaton Team by Real Broker LLC is seeking a buying specialist real estate agent to join our fast-growing team. This person will help our clients close more deals by leveraging technology, back office support, and their extensive knowledge of the local real estate market.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales
• Be an expert at finding value in properties that other agents have overlooked, as well as an expert on how to negotiate with sellers to maximize your client's ROI
• Have excellent communication skills both written (email) and verbal (phone calls)
• Be detail oriented and able to take initiative when necessary while also working well with a team
• Be a self-starter who can work independently but also thrives in a collaborative environment
• Enjoy working with people
• Enjoy helping others succeed
