Position Requirements

Five years related experience in electrical and HVAC system maintenance required. S-2 and E-2 licenses are required.

Position Description

Individual will perform skilled maintenance, installation, and repair work on both the buildings and building equipment. Duties include: Making scheduled tests and inspections; Determining necessary work on building equipment and fixtures including but not limited to the HVAC system, refrigeration equipment, electrical and electronic controls, pneumatic equipment, and lighting systems, etc.; Performing skilled work in connection with the installation, removal, operations, and maintenance of the buildings, building equipment, and other related physical plant.
