The Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in managing patient care by coordinating treatment plans and ensuring effective communication between patients and the orthodontic team. This position requires experience in scheduling, insurance coordination, and financial consultation, supporting a small team to deliver excellent customer service and optimized treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment follow-ups
- Coordinate treatment planning in collaboration with the orthodontic team
- Handle insurance verification and coordination for patient treatments
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment progress and financial details
- Provide financial consultation to patients about treatment costs and payment plans
- Utilize practice management software for scheduling and record keeping
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain patient satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years experience coordinating orthodontic treatment plans
- Proficient with practice management software
- Experience working within a small team of 1-3 members
