This role provides onsite support for the site's collateral security program. The candidate must exercise discretion and independent judgement in performing the following tasks:Interpret and enforce government and internal company policies as well as provide direction and guidance to employees.Develop and implement security plans and procedures utilizing the new 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM) as well as any other specific programmatic instruction manualsFully understand and implement program security requirementsResponsible for reviewing, drafting, and ensuring compliance for all collateral DD254sAssist with international requirements to include government to government shipments, foreign visitor requirements, and Export Control compliance.Assist with facility construction and continued accreditation requirementsProvide security guidance to company personnelConduct security briefings as necessaryConduct investigations and interviews of non?compliance matters and issues relating to security violations.Completes appropriate documentation according to company and government directivesAssist with security reviews to include Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) visits, formal self-inspections, and Staff Assistance Visits (internal audits)Additional duties/tasks as requiredRequired Education, Experience, & Skills4 or more years of relevant work experience to the position and requirements with a minimum of a high school diploma or 2 or more years with an Associates Degree or higher.Secret Security Clearance, at minimum, is required or the ability to get oneDemonstrated knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOMAbility to exercise discretion and independent judgement while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.High level of personal motivation and initiative to learn and acquire new skills, and adapt seamlessly to an ever-changing security environmentCustomer focused, excellent communicator (written and verbal), and ability to work with limited supervisionAbility to manage time, make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions.Preferred Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelors DegreeTop Secret ClearancePrevious experience with DISS, NISS, and SIMSFacility Security Officer Program Management for Possessing Facilities Certificate (via CDSE)Insider Threat Program for Industry Curriculum, INT33.CU provided by the Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) or equivalent training.Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $67406 - $114590 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
