Assistant General Manager

Overview We Empower the Fighting Spirit in You! We Offer Responsibilities Assist members and encourage their involvement in private training. Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs. Assist in all revenue generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc. Sell training sessions. Execute an effective prospecting strategy and conduct guest tours. Be responsible for achieving monthly revenue objectives set forth by the Company with regard to fitness and supplements. Review daily club sales performance and individual employee performance statistics. Perform various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed. Alert the Operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs in the club. Personally conduct facility walkthrough daily. Supervise coach sales activities. Review agreements and prepare daily paperwork. Qualifications In depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Possesses a strong customer service focus. Possesses strong organizational skills. Understands basic record keeping practices and procedures. Demonstrates the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Must be computer proficient, with basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Current CPR/AED certification High school diploma or GED. Minimum 6 months of related experience.
