Lead Resident Services Assistant

This position will be working 40 hours/week to support our Irvington Assisted Living facility.

Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday 2pm-10:30pm

Under the direction of the Resident Care Supervisor or Operations Supervisor and with clinical supervision, the Lead Resident Services Assistant is expected to serve in a leadership role with other Aides to complete all required documentation, assure that all care and medications are administered appropriately, to solve problems, and to communicate with the staff of the next shift. Performs basic and routine quality care to the Irvington Village Assisted Living residents including assisting them in the activities of daily living and other personal care tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 6 months Medication administration experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Completion of approved medication administration training.
• Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
• 1 year Medication administration experience.
