Salesforce Platform Engineer

Job Title: Enterprise Application Consultant Salesforce Platform Administrator II

Location: Nashville, TN | Hybrid | Locals Required

Work Exp: 3 yrs +

Duration: Long-Term

Interview Mode: Virtual

Key Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce users, profiles, permissions, roles, and security.

Configure page layouts, Flows, automation, objects, and data model changes .

Maintain data quality, duplicate prevention, validation, and data hygiene.

Support Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud .

Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide user support.

Gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations.

Support sandbox preparation, testing, releases, and deployments .

Maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.

Ensure compliance with STS security, governance, documentation, and audit standards .

Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal Salesforce teams across a multi-org environment.

Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements.

Required Skills

Strong Salesforce Administration experience.

3+ years of professional Salesforce administration experience.

User management, security, object configuration, Flows and automation .

Salesforce reporting and data management.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile/iterative environments.

Ability to support multiple Salesforce orgs and competing priorities.
